The present non contentious petition has been filed by the Petitioner under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of the FIR No. 689/2024, under Sections 66(C) AND 66(E), IT ACT registered at Police Station Bhajanpura, Delhi. 2.

It is submitted that the FIR was an outcome of a matrimonial dispute between the Petitioner and Respondent No.2, which has been amicably settled in terms of Settlement Agreement dated 23.12.2024 in Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Delhi High Court.

Petitioner and Respondent No.2/Complainant are present before the Court and have endorsed their settlement. Their statements have already been recorded by the learned Joint Registrar on 24.03.2025. Considering that the parties have amicably resolved their disputes and have approached this Court for quashing of the FIR, the same is hereby quashed.
