The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:- "(a) direct the Ld. Family Court, Rohini to decide the application under Order XXI Rule 52 CPC filed by the Petitioners in Ex No./164/19 expeditiously; and (b) pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 4.
