The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:- "

That the petitioner accordingly mercifully prays to this Hon'ble Court to accept her petition and set aside the impugned order dated 22.07.2025 passed by the Ld. Principal Judge Family Court, South West District, Dwarka Courts, Delhi in HMA No. 1930/2024 titled as "Apoorva Vats Vs Ananta Sharma" and transfer the present case from the court of the Ld. Principal Judge, Family Courts, South West District, Dwarka Courts, Delhi to the Ld. Principal Judge, Family Courts, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that subsequent to the impugned order dated 22.07.2025, an application under Section 151 of the CPC was preferred for recall/ review of the said order and the same is still pending before learned Family Court.

In view of the same, the petition is disposed of, requesting the learned Family Court to decide the said application as expeditiously as possible, without giving any undue adjournment to either of the parties, preferably within a period of two weeks.
