% 05.03.2020 This is a petitioner under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for summoning the witnesses named in para 5 of the application. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has drawn my attention to the order passed by the learned Arbitrator more specifically to para 4 thereof to contend that even the learned Arbitrator was of the view that the respondents before the Arbitrator should seek orders for summoning of the witnesses.

Accordingly, summons including dasti be issued to the witnesses as named / depicted in para 5 of the petition for their appearance before the learned Arbitrator on March 13, 2020 at 3.30 pm on the address being BSES Building, Opp. Aiwan-e-Ghalib, Mata Sundri Lane, Near ITO, New Delhi. The petition is disposed of.
