This Court vide order dated 16.05.2025 has passed an interim order in favour of the Plaintiff and against the Defendants as per the memo dated 25.04.2025. The last amended memo on record is dated 23.08.2025. 2.

Learned counsel for the Plaintiff states that the directions for takedown of URLs/links on third-party e-commerce platforms have been complied with by the proforma parties, except in the case of the URLs/links pertaining to Defendant Nos. 7 and 35, respectively. 3.

from receipt of this order. The Plaintiff is directed to serve a copy of this order on IndiaMart and Just Dial.

Learned counsel for the Plaintiff has prayed for the disposal of the suit vis-à-vis the infringing Defendants in terms of the directions issued vide order dated 16.05.2025.

As per the memo dated 23.08.2025, there are 85 infringing Defendants; however, not all these Defendants have been served with summons in this suit. The suit can therefore only be disposed of qua the served Defendants, and the Plaintiff would have to pursue its proceedings against the unserved Defendants.

The Plaintiff is directed to bring before this Court a Note, on the next date of hearing, enlisting details of served Defendants and unserved Defendants separately. Further directions will be issued after considering the same.
