The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, read with Section 151 of the CPC seeks the following prayers: - "a) Set aside the order 10.3.2026 passed in appeal U/s. 9 of Public Premises Act being PPA No.02/2026 titled as Bhagwan Balmiki Ashram & Vyamshala (Akhara) Regd. vs. Maulana Azad Medical College & Anr. passed by Ms. Anju Bajaj Chandna, Principal District & Sessions Judge (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi whereby the Ld. Judge has been pleased to dismiss the interim stay application U /s.9 (3) of Public Premises Act, filed by the petitioner.
b) Pass any other or further order as this Hon'ble. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to pursue the appeal filed by the latter before the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, on merits in accordance with law. 5.
