Further to the order dated 18.12.2023, Mr. Ashok Chhabra, learned counsel for the decree holder, states that the decree holder has not been able to locate the judgment debtor or its partners. At his request, the execution petition is disposed of with liberty to the decree holder to file an application for revival, in the event it is able to find the addresses of the judgment debtor or its partners.
