O R D E R

% 11.03.2020 In terms of the last order, the body of the missing person, which was recovered and identified, has since been delivered to the petitioner. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. Mehra, learned standing counsel. We direct that the directions issued by this Court in its orders dated 05.03.2020 and 06.03.2020 should continue to be

implemented in respect of other similar cases except to the extent that the Government Hospitals of the Centre as well as the GNCTD shall not dispose of the unidentified dead bodies for a period of two weeks after the publication of the public notice from the date of receipt of the dead bodies. We also direct that in all cases, where complaints with regard to persons going missing in relation to the unfortunate incidents which took place in the month of February, 2020 in North East Delhi are still pending and the missing persons have not been located, the respondents should call the complainants and inform them of the unidentified dead bodies, if any, already recovered, or that may be recovered, to enable them to identify such bodies.
