The present writ petition was dismissed in default through order dated 10th September, 2024. Through these applications, the Petitioner seeks restoration of the petition.

After making some submissions, counsel for the Petitioner states that the challenge in the present petition was with respect to the delay in filing the complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.1 He submits that he would like to urge the grounds raised on the question of limitation before the Trial Court.
