Applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 624/2020 dated 27.12.2929 registered at PS Mayur Vihar for commission of offences under Sections 302/307/34 IPC and under Sections 25/27 Arms Act. 2.
During course of the arguments, learned Addl. P.P. for State has informed that one co-accused Shaukat @ Shaukat Ali had also prayed for grant of bail and his Bail Application No. 1157/2026 has been disposed of by this Court on 24.03.2026 while also directing the learned Trial Court to ensure the attendance of the remaining injured persons and to record their testimony within a period of three months.

Learned counsel for petitioner, in all fairness, submits that he came to know about the aforesaid order, yesterday only. After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, does not press the present bail application at this juncture. He, however, prays that he may also be permitted to file application afresh in terms of directions contained in order dated 24.03.2026.

Application is accordingly disposed of as not pressed, while giving the aforesaid liberty to applicant also in terms of said order dated 24.03.2026. 6.
Needless to say, learned Trial Court shall make best effort to record the testimony of remaining injured persons, as indicated already in order dated 24.03.2026.
