The limited relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition is that the Municipal Corporation Of Delhi (MCD) be directed to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 06.01.02025 (reminders dated 31.01.2025 and 28.02.2025), requesting extension of contract dated 10.06.2022 for a further period of 2 years after completion of initial 3 years period as provided in the E-Tender Notices bearing no. Co/Advtt/20212022/EDMC/NIT/D-365 dated 01.12.2021. 4.

The said contract is in connection with display of advertisements through unipoles at various sites under the jurisdiction of the respondent. 5.

that the respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner and decide the same expeditiously under intimation to the respondent. Let the same be done within a period of 3 weeks from today. 6.

Learned counsel for the petitioner apprehends that prior to a decision on the representation, the respondents may proceed with issuance of a fresh tender in respect of same sites with regard to which contract has been entered into with the petitioner. In that eventuality, the petitioner shall be at liberty to avail appropriate remedies under law. 7.
