The present petition impugns order dated 17th November, 2018 framing charges against the Petitioner. However, during the pendency of the present proceedings, the trial has advanced and the Prosecution evidence stands recorded.

In such circumstances, counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to urge all the grounds urged in the present petition before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid. 4.

All rights and contentions of the parties are left open. It is clarified that the withdrawal of the present petition does not amount to any expression on the merits of the case.
