% 19.12.2017 Learned counsel for the decree holder states that as per the plaint, the suit was valued at Rs.14,17,487.56/-. It is admitted that in view of the above, the concerned District Court (Saket) having territorial jurisdiction over the area at Okhla, Madanpur Khadar, Aali and Jasola would have the territorial jurisdiction. The execution petition is accordingly transferred to the concerned District Court at Saket (South East).
