As reflected from record, the appellant was not seriously pursuing this appeal. On 08.02.2024, counsel for appellant sought permission to withdraw this appeal and assured to move appropriate application. But no such application was filed. Thereafter on 05.03.2024, the Registrar issued notice to the appellant. On 24.04.2024, the Registrar directed the concerned SHO to locate the whereabouts of the appellant and direct her to appear on 04.09.2024. On 04.09.2024, appellant appeared with counsel and stated that she wants to withdraw this appeal, so the Registrar posted the matter before this court.

Today, again learned counsel for appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal. The appeal and the pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
