The present petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (CrPC), seeking directions to the learned Trial Court to pronounce the order on sentence in FIR No. 113/2014 dated 01.05.2014, registered at Police Station Defence Colony, for offences under Sections 34/406/420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC), in an expeditious and time bound manner. The accused persons were convicted under Sections 420/34 of the IPC by order dated 21.01.2023. 2.

It is not denied that the matter is listed before the learned Trial Court for arguments on sentence on 04.04.2024. 3.

This Court finds no reason to pass any order in the present petition which would be in the nature of controlling the board of the learned Trial Court.
