Mr. Manish Vashisht, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Plaintiffs, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this suit on the ground that inter se disputes have been amicably settled between the Plaintiffs and Defendants No. 3, 4 and 5 and insofar as Defendants No.1 and 2 are concerned, Plaintiffs will take recourse to appropriate remedies against them, as permissible in law.

Mr. Vivek Tandon, learned counsel appearing for Defendants No.1 and 2 submits that he has no objection to the withdrawal of the suit, however, in case the Plaintiffs take recourse to any legal proceedings against the said Defendants, they should be given the liberty to contest the proceedings.

disposed of as withdrawn along with all pending applications with liberty to the Plaintiffs to take recourse to legal proceedings against Defendants No.1 and 2, in accordance with law and if so advised. Needless to state that if any proceedings are initiated against the said Defendants, they will be at liberty to contest the proceedings as per law.

Plaintiffs are held entitled to refund of 50% of court fees, in accordance with provisions of Court Fees Act, 1870.
