Mr. Sunil Magon, the learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, states that they have no objection, if the amount deposited by the appellants with the Registry is released to them as the respondent has settled with the appellant by way of comprehensive settlement dated 16.08.2007 due to which the respondent does not have any claim on the amount deposited with the Registry.

As such, the amount deposited by the appellants with the Registry of this Court, along with the accrued interest thereon, if any, be released to them.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
