% 11.03.2020 The petitioner had preferred this petition with the grievance that the petitioner's son - Md. Hujefa, aged 18 years, went missing on 22.02.2020 at 10:00 A.M. Since then, he has been recovered and, accordingly, this petition has become infructuous. It is disposed of as such. It shall be open to the petitioner to make a complaint if he has any surviving grievance.
