% 30.09.2015 This execution was filed against the interim order passed in CS(OS) No.1943/2012; wherein decree has been finally passed today in the sum of Rs.20,90,317.68 along with interest @ 12% per annum with effect from 1st August, 2013 till realization of the decretal amount. The amount of decree includes the period in respect whereof interim order had been passed, which is sought to be executed in this execution petition. Learned counsel for the decree holder submits that he wants to withdraw the present execution petition with liberty to file the fresh execution petition to execute the decree passed in CS(OS) No.1943/2012 Disposed of as withdrawn.

Attachment order will however continue since decree has been passed and execution whereof is likely to be filed. A.K. PATHAK, J.
