% 15.02.2019 V In view of the order passed today in WP(Crl.) 411/2019, the learned counsel for respondent no.2/ complainant submits that should the petitioner deposit the entire agreed amount i.e. Rs. 80 lacs, respondent no.2/ complainant shall withdraw the two complainants.
