% 06.03.2020 The grievance of the petitioners is that two proceedings, namely, Appeal No.97/DC/NW/2014 titled as 'Gaon Sabha Nizampur Vs. Balwan Singh & Ors.' and Remand Proceedings vide Case No.470/DC/NW/2014 titled as 'Suo-Moto Vs. Balwan Singh' are pending before the Deputy Commissioner for the last three years.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no hearings whatsoever have been taken place. He also submits that the effect of this delay is that in the revenue records the petitioners have not been shown to have any right on the land in question.

The learned Deputy Commissioner is requested to expeditiously dispose of the aforesaid proceedings preferably within six months from the date of receipt of this order.

With the above direction the present petition is disposed of. All

pending applications, if any, are also disposed of. A copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of the court master.
