O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 92/2020 This petition has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for extension of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the award by a period of six months effective from February 13, 2020.

Mr. Ankur Mital, learned counsel appearing for the respondent states, he has no instructions and left it to the court to pass appropriate orders. Noting the contents of the petition, the time for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the award is extended by a period of six months from February 13, 2020.
