Mr. Vipul Agrawal, learned Senior Standing Counsel for the respondent-Department on the basis of e-mails dated 11.05.2026 and 14.05.2026 informs the Court that petitioner's refund amount has not only been determined but has also been credited. He submitted that so far as interest part is concerned, the same has been calculated and sent to Central Processing Centre. He assures that the needful shall be done within four weeks.

In light of the assurance so given, the present writ proceedings are closed.
