Petitioner impugns order dated 07.02.2019 whereby the appeal of the petitioner impugning the order dated 06.04.2017 was dismissed. Maintenance for the respondent was fixed at Rs.50,000/- per month and Rs.20,000/- per month for the son of the parties. 2.
Vide order dated 17.05.2019, parties were referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre.
Parties have settled their disputes and Settlement Agreement dated 01.08.2019 has been executed.

Parties are present in person in court today and are represented by their respective counsel as well.
They confirm the Settlement CRL.REV.P. 344/2019
Agreement dated 01.08.2019.

As per the Settlement Agreement dated 01.08.2019, a total sum of Rs.15,00,000/- has been agreed to be paid by the petitioner to the respondent.
A sum of Rs.5,00,000/- has already been paid by the petitioner to the respondent.
Respondent, who is present in court, confirms that she has received the amount of Rs.5,00,000/-. 5.
Parties confirm the settlement and undertake to abide by the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement dated 01.08.2019. Parties further pray that the petition be disposed of, in terms of the Settlement Agreement.

In view of the above, the Settlement Agreement dated 01.08.2019 is taken on record. Parties shall abide by the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement and shall remain bound down to their statement/ undertaking.

The petition is disposed of in terms of the mediation settlement dated 01.08.2019.
