By way of the present application, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 7/2025 dated 04.06.2025, registered at Police Station Special Cell under Sections 318(4) and 319 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

After some arguments, Mr. Ramanand Prajapati, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present application. 3.

The present bail application, alongwith any pending applications, is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
