% 08.03.2016 By this petition filed under Section 482 of Cr. PC, the petitioner seeks to challenge the order dated 14.11.2014 passed in Criminal Appeal No.23/13 by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dwarka Court, dismissing the appeal filed against order dated 31.01.2013 passed by learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Dwarka Courts, Delhi, whereby the learned Metropolitan Magistrate had vacated the interim relief granted to the petitioner.

The present petition is pending since 10th February 2015, when the matter had come up for hearing before this court on. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may

be disposed of while directing the Trial Court to pass the final order in the proceedings under Domestic Violence Act pending before it within time bound duration. It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that the matter is coming up for hearing before the Trial Court on 10th March 2016.

In view of the aforesaid stand taken on behalf of the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the concerned court to conclude the trial of the proceedings pending under Domestic Violence Act before it, within a period of three months from the date fixed before the Trial Court.
