Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that an application under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been preferred by this petitioner before the CMM-I, Rouse Avenue Courts. She submitted that it would suffice for the disposal of this writ petition if a suitable direction is given to the concerned Magistrate for disposal of the said application.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further stated that the arguments in the aforesaid application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. have concluded and the order is reserved.

In view of this limited submission, we hereby direct CMM-I, Rouse Avenue Courts, to decide the said application as expeditiously as possible and practicable in accordance with law.
