CM APPL. 37834/2026 (seeking disposal of WPC in terms of settlement agreement dated 14-05-2026) 1.

By way of this application, it is brought out that a settlement agreement has been executed between the parties. The said agreement dated 14.05.2026 has been placed on record. It is submitted that all outstanding disputes between the parties have been resolved in terms thereof. 2.

Accordingly, W.P.(C) 3604/2025, as also the pending applications, are disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement. The parties shall remain bound in terms thereof.

As contemplated in the settlement agreement dated 14.05.2026, the concerned amount deposited in the Registry of this Court (along with the accrued interest) shall be released in favor of the respondent/workman. W.P.(C) 3604/2025 4.
