% 30.01.2018 Allegation against the petitioner is that during the demonetization, petitioner opened an account with Jain Co-operative Bank Ltd. on the basis of a fake introducer. `98,000/- was deposited in the said account and later on, `24,000/- was withdrawn by the petitioner. It is not in dispute that investigations are complete and charge-sheet has been filed against the petitioner.

Specimen signatures of the petitioner have also been taken. Petitioner is in custody for more than three months. Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one

surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
