% 20.03.2019 Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner does not fall under the category of Government servants for the purpose of Rule 5 of Central Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1964. If this is the admission of the petitioner, then he is not to be considered as a government servant. Therefore, the present petition is not maintainable before this court. The petition is accordingly dismissed with liberty to file before appropriate forum under the law.
