This is a petition seeking execution of the majority award dated 17.08.2021 and minority award dated 04.10.2021. 2.
Pursuant to the said award, the judgment debtor has deposited the entire awarded amount alongwith interest with the Registrar General of this Court.

The decree holder has withdrawn the said amount subject to furnishing a bank guarantee to the satisfaction of the Registrar General of this Court.

I am informed by the learned senior counsel for the decree holder that bank guarantee has now expired by the efflux of time.
