Present revision petition has been preferred by the petitioner to challenge the legality and correctness of an order dated 15.12.2014 of learned Principal Judge, Family Courts, whereby the respondent was directed to pay interim maintenance @ `2,400/- per month to the petitioner. The revision petition is contested by the respondent. 2.

During the course of arguments, it was agreed by both the parties that the interim maintenance being paid to the petitioner @ `2,400/- per month shall be enhanced to `4,000/- per month till the disposal of the petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. on merits w.e.f. Crl.R.P.35/2015

01.07.2015. This is without prejudice to the rights of the parties and would have no impact on merits of the case.

In view of the above settlement, without prejudice to the rights of the parties, the impugned order dated 15.12.2014 is modified to the extent that the interim maintenance shall be `4,000/- per month till the disposal of the petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. w.e.f. 01.07.2015. This is without prejudice to the rights of the parties and would have no impact on merits of the case.

The revision petition stands disposed of in the above terms. Pending application also stands disposed of.
