offences under Sections 406/302/498A IPC. Apparently, the rejection of furlough request was on the ground that earlier the petitioner jumped furlough and was re-arrested, so not eligible. That ground of jumping the earlier furlough was earlier also taken and rejected vide order dated 21.09.2023 of coordinate bench in W.P.(CRL.) 2073/2023 and order dated 12.11.2024 in W.P.(CRL.) 3107/2024.

Learned ASC submits that he has received telephonic instructions according to which the furlough rejection order dated 05.03.2025 impugned in the present case is being withdrawn and the said furlough request would be reconsidered without referring to the aforesaid earlier ground of jumping the furlough. It is further submitted by learned ASC that according to the instructions, the furlough application of petitioner shall be decided afresh within 10 days from today.
