BAIL APPLN. 662/2020 Vide the present petition, petitioner seeks interim bail for a period of 90 days in FIR No. 117/2019 dated 18.07.2019 registered at PS Special Cell for offences punishable under Section 21/25/29 NDPS Act. Keeping in view the fact that huge quantity of contraband, which is more than commercial quantity, has been recovered from petitioner and his associates, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to petitioner, however,

since delivery of wife of the petitioner is fixed for 10.03.2020, the Jail Superintendent concerned is directed to allow petitioner to meet his wife at Dev Putra Hospital, D-88, Gali no. 11, Corner, Shani Bazar Road, Shiv Ram Parky Nangloi, Delhi-110041 from 10:00 am to 04:00 pm in police custody. Order dasti under signatures of the Court Master. Copy of this order be transmitted to the Jail Superintendent and the Trial Court concerned for compliance.
