In furtherance of last order, learned ASC submits that he has already filed the report but the same is yet to come on record, so he has shown me the verification report. According to the report, daughter of the petitioner was treated in the Kalawati Saran Children Hospital for Disseminated Tuberculosis but she left against medical advice (LAMA) on 14.03.2025, so the current medical status could not be ascertained by the hospital. It is further reported by the hospital that the child was brought with a complaint of seizure with pulmonary tuberculosis and her treatment was started. 2.
Although current medical status of the child is not ascertainable, it clearly appears that the child is suffering with pulmonary tuberculosis for which her treatment was started in the hospital. 3.

is no grown up person in his family to take care of his ailing daughter. 4.
As further recorded in order dated 18.03.2025 of W.P.(CRL) 3820/2024, in peculiar circumstances of this case, not to be treated as a precedent, the petitioner was allowed to file this petition directly in this court without first approaching the prison authorities. 5.
Considering the above circumstances, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to be released on parole for a period of four weeks in case FIR No.189/2010 of PS Paharganj for offence under Section 302/307/324/323/452/34 IPC so that he may take care of his ailing daughter. The petitioner shall furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Authorities. The petitioner shall report his attendance before the concerned SHO on every Monday between 10:00 am and 11:00 am during the period he remains on parole. The petitioner shall furnish his mobile phone number to the SHO concerned and shall keep the mobile phone constantly switched on. Immediately on expiry of the parole period, the petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Authorities without fail.
