Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite directions issued by the learned Trial Court, FSL result has not been received. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the Victim also makes similar request for issuing such directions.

Learned ASC for State submits that even the Investigating Officer has written at least four times for expediting the filing of the FSL result, but the same is not filed till date.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and by learned ASC, the Director of FSL is directed to get the FSL report prepared expeditiously and file the same before the learned Trial Court within a period of four weeks.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
