Mr. Sabharwal, learned counsel apprises us that post the passing of the last order, the petitioner has already received the refund from the respondents. There, however, remains an issue with respect to the computation of interest which was statutorily payable. Subject to liberty being reserved to the writ petitioner to pursue appropriate remedies in that respect, we dispose of the present petition.
