O R D E R

Learned ASC for the State submits that the charge-sheet in the present case has already been filed and the case is at the stage of charges. Sh. Tanmaya Mehta, learned counsel for respondent No.2 submitted that presently part arguments on charge have already been heard. The matter is now listed for 08.07.2024 for arguments on charge in the court of Ld. MM, South West District, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi. Perusal of the order dated 06.05.2024 indicates that the matter was listed before Ld. MM for concluding arguments on charge. This court considers that it should have the advantage of opinion of the Ld. Trial Court.

In the circumstances, Sh. Mohit Mathur, learned senior counsel and other counsels for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh petition if required in accordance with law. Liberty granted.

Petitioners may file fresh petition if required challenging the order on charge.
