The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks following prayers:- "a) Call the records of the case titled as Sh. Sanoj Das & 29 others V/S. M/S All Services Global Private Limited & Others; Claim Application No. 127/2021 from the Respondent no. 1.
b) Pass an appropriate writ, order or directions in the nature of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction, thereby setting aside the order dated 21.09.2022 passed by Respondent no. 1 and upholding the Order dated 12.05.2022 passed by the Respondent no. 1 and directing the other Respondents to make payments as per order dated 12.05.2022.
c) Pass such other and further orders or directions which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondents to promote the ends of justice.
d) Cost of these proceedings may also be awarded in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondents."
