After making some submissions, Mr. Tanmaya Mehta, counsel for the Petitioners, states that since the order under challenge is only an interim order, he would like to withdraw the present petition, without prejudice to his rights and contentions to be urged in an appeal preferred against an order passed in the parallel proceedings under the Domestic Violence Act. 2.

Leave and liberty, as prayed for, are granted. 3.

The Court has not commented on the merits of the case. All rights and contentions of the parties are left open.

The cost imposed vide order dated 28th January, 2025 stands waived of in light of the submissions of the counsel for the Petitioners. 5.

The petition is disposed of.
