% 08.09.2020 (Video Conference Hearing) CAVEAT NO.216/2020 In view of the appearance entered by Mr. Rao, Advocate on behalf of the respondents, the caveat stands discharged. CM APPL. 21902/2020 (Exemptions) It is an application seeking exemption from filing certified copies of annexures and the affidavit. Taking into account the prevailing conditions on account of Covid-19 pandemic, the application is granted subject to just exceptions. Application stands disposed of accordingly.

CM APPL. 21901/2020 (seeking permission to withdraw the present revision petition) It is an application filed on behalf of the revisionist seeking withdrawal of the revision petition. As per the averments made, the revisionist - the tenant has handed over the peaceful vacant possession of the tenanted premises to the respondents on 06.09.2020.

The compromise/settlement arrived at is accompanied with the Memorandum of Understanding forming part of the application as Annexure-P1. Both the ld. Counsel for the parties submit that under the compromise/settlement arrived at amongst them, the parties do not wish to pursue the instant revision petition any further.
