% 04.07.2017 Shahid (respondent no. 2) is complainant in Cr!. M.C. No. 242/2017, whereby it has been prayed that FIR No. 211/2012 under Sections 323/341/427/34 IPC registered at Police Station Welcome Colony, Delhi on the complaint of Shahid may be quashed, in view of the settlement arrived at By:AMULYA

with the accused, that is, petitioners. Respondent no. 3 Firoz and respondent no. 4 Raheesa are injured persons in the aforesaid FIR. Vide Cr1. M.C. No. 238/2017, it has been prayed that FIR no. 210/2012 under Sections 323/324/427/34 IPC registered at Police Station Welcome Colony, Delhi on the complaint of Naushad, may be quashed, in '1 view of the settlement arrived at with the accused persons, that is, petitioners in the said case.

Both the FIRs are cross FIRs. Shahid and Raheesa are related to each other and are neighbours of Naushad. Naushad, Shahid, Firoz and Raheesa are present in Court and submit that they have settled their disputes on their own free will and without any undue force, coercion and pressure. They further submit that they are not willing to pursue their respective FIRs any further and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the parties voluntarily, both the above-mentioned FIRs and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
