Status report has been filed by the State/R-1 wherein it is mentioned that in compliance of order dated 19.01.2016 necessary steps have been taken to provide protection to the petitioners and mobile numbers of concerned SHO, Division Officer and Beat Staff have also been provided to the petitioners. It is also mentioned in the status report that Beat Staff and Division Officer also visited the residence of the petitioner but the petitioners did not inform any threat to their lives. It is further mentioned in the status report that on 01.02.2016 the petitioners had vacated the said premises in search of job and at present they are residing at Bhalaol Pur, Sector-65, Noida, U.P.

Both the petitioners are present in person alongwith their counsel. The W.P.(CRL) 162/2016

petitioners also confirm the fact that presently they are residing in Noida, U.P.

In view of the fact that presently the petitioners are residing in Noida, U.P., the writ petition is dismissed. The petitioners are at liberty to seek the relief from the Court in whose jurisdiction they are presently residing. PRATIBHA RANI, J.
