% 23.09.2024 I.A. 40082/2024 (by the plaintiffs under Section 151 CPC to modify/correct the mistakes in decree dated 25.04.2024) 1.

The present application has been filed by the plaintiffs praying for drawing a fresh decree as per the corrected judgment dated 27.05.2024. 2.

Learned counsel for the plaintiffs/applicants submits that the present suit was disposed of vide judgment dated 25.04.2024, however, there were certain factual errors in the said judgment and to rectify the same the plaintiffs had filed an application under Section 151 CPC. 3.

The application of the plaintiffs was allowed vide judgment dated 27.05.2024 and, accordingly, the mistakes in the original judgment dated 25.04.2024 were corrected. She submits that no decree has, however, been drawn up as per the corrected judgment dated 27.05.2024, hence, the present application.

dated 25.04.2024 have already been corrected vide judgment dated 27.05.2024, this Court is of the view that fresh decree needs to be drawn in terms of the judgment dated 27.05.2024.

Ordered accordingly.
