The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "(i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order, directing the Respondents to release the ultrasound machine and the certificate of registration of the Petitioner's clinic seized from the premises of SARAS medical service clinic at D-40, Patel Garden, Dwarka Mor, New Delhi on 18.09.2023, in furtherance of FIR NO. 567/2023, and/or, (ii) Pass any such writ/ order or direction, as is deemed fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case." 2.

In view of the above, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appropriate application with regard to the aforesaid relief before the court of competent jurisdiction.

Needless to state, on an application being moved by the petitioner before the concerned court, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously within a period of three months.
