Though it appears that counsel for the appellant was present on the last date i.e., 25.08.2025, however no appearance was given. Furthermore, the record shows that notice could not be sent to the respondent since the appellant had failed to file the process fee. It is so recorded in orders dated 08.05.2024 and 05.08.2024 passed by the learned Registrar.

In the circumstances, it appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the matter.

The appeal is accordingly dismissed in default and for nonprosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of.
