Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Having regard to the nature of grievances raised in this writ petition, we find it more appropriate requiring the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned in the Department of Pharmaceuticals, Office of Drug Controller of India and the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India. 3.

Accordingly, we dispose of this writ petition with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the aforesaid authorities with detailed representation taking all the pleas which may be available to him under law and enclosing therewith all the documents on which the petitioner intends to rely. representation under this order shall be made with a fortnight from today and in case any such representation is made, the respective authorities shall take appropriate action which may be warranted under law for redressal of the grievances raised in this writ petition as also which may be raised in the representation to be made under this order.

The decision on the representation to be made by the petitioner under this order shall be taken by the authorities concerned in consultation with each other and also consulting any other authority or office. 5.

The representation accordingly shall be attended to by the authorities and appropriate decision thereon shall be taken with expedition, say within a period of three months from the date any such representation is made. 6.
