The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction against the respondent-MCD to cancel the Sanction Plan dated 11th July, 2025 in respect of property bearing No. 8410, 841 l, 8424, 8425, 8426, 8427, Roshanara Road, Subzi Mandi, Delhi- 110007.

It is the contention of the petitioners that the sanctioned plan has been approved on basis of a fraudulent NOC obtained from the petitioners. In this regard, a representation has been filed by the petitioners with respondentMCD on 17th March, 2026, which is yet to be decided. 3.

Having heard the counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing the respondent-MCD to decide the aforesaid representation filed on behalf of the petitioners within four (4) weeks from W.P.(C) 4941/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. In the event the petitioners have any grievance with regard to the decision taken by the respondent-MCD, the petitioners shall be entitled to invoke appropriate remedies in law.
