By way of present petition, the petitioners seek transfer of investigation of case FIR No. 0441 of 2023 from the SHO PS Narela Industrial Area/respondent No.4 to any other independent investigation agency.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the complaint pertains to an incident that took place on 02.05.2023 when the FIR came to be registered under Sections 341/427/506/34 IPC, PS Narela Industrial Area, Delhi. It is stated that no headway has been made till date and the accused persons are yet not traced.

Ms. Nandita Rao, learned ASC (Crl.) for State accepts notice and disputes the contentions. She states that CCTV footage was collected however the petitioner has not been able to give any further details.
