The Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as 'Cr.P.C.') has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners for quashing the FIR No. 357/2012 under Section 420/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 („IPC‟ hereinafter) registered at Police Station Jaitpur, New Delhi.

Learned APP for the State, on instructions, submits that the Closure Report has already been filed before the Trial Court, which is pending consideration.

In view of the submissions made, the Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner, to approach the appropriate forum, in case the Closure Report is not considered. Pending Application, if any, also stands disposed of.
